Comfortable apartments near the city centre with garden and pool – ideal for family or active holidays in Meran and environs.Our inviting house is situated in the villa district of Meran-Obermais and offers spacious and comfortable apartments in wonderful environs. A 10-minute walk on a promenade takes you to the centre of Meran as well as to its thermal baths.
The garden of our guesthouse Obermais is ideal for relaxing moments. From May to October, you will look forward to our pool, offering a wonderful refreshment on hot summer days. As well, the thermal baths of Meran offer a lot of fun and an extensive spa offer. As we are partners of “Therme Meran”, our guests are offered vouchers for priority at the entrance.
Our apartments are a good starting point for hikes, bike tours, walks and shopping tours. In spring, summer and autumn you should absolutely visit the Gardens of Castle Trauttmansdorff. In winter, you will look forward to the family-friendly Meran 2000 skiing area and the Christmas market in the heart of Meran.

On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 3 pm at the earliest. On the day of departure, please leave the apartments within 10 am.

Children’s prices and additional beds
Children under 2 years pay 10,00 € per night for a baby bed.
Children under 12 years pay 20,00 € per night for additional beds.
Older children and adults pay 30,00 € per night for additional beds.
The rooms are ideal for a maximum of 2 additional beds.
Children’s beds and additional beds are available on request and are to be confirmed by the host at any case.
